    Linkage of Bphs with loci on Chromosome 6 was determined from mice derived from a C3H/HeJ x (C3H/HeJ x SJL/J)F1 backcross. Hrh1 was linked with Tcrb (0.18), D6Nds3 (0.08), D6Mit8 (0.08), D6Nds2 (0.08), D6Nds8 (0.12). The number in parenthesis represents the recombination fraction of Hrh1 with the marker loci.
