• Experiment
  The Vpreb1 gene, expressed in pre-B cells, was located 4.6kb upstream of Ig111. Both these genes were contained within the 10kb genomic clone 7pB12. A 5' BamHI-XbaI fragment (7pb12-2) from clone 7pB12 was used to isolate Vpreb1. Vpreb1 and Igll1 are located on Chromosome 16.
