• Experiment
  Using the congenic B6.C-H-25^c and polymorphisms between BALB/cJ and C57BL/6J the loci At3, Fcgr2, Apoa2, Spna1 and Crry were mapped in relationship to the chromosomal region transferred. In the B6.C-H-25^c strain, the alleles for At3 and Crry were of C57BL/6J type whereas the alleles for Fcgr2, Apoa2 and Spna1 were of BALB/cJ type demonstrating that the breakpoints between the C57BL/6J background and BALB/cJ donor region occurred between Spna1 and Crry distally and between Serpinc1 and Fcgr2 proximally.
