Notes
  • Experiment
Initially the sg (staggerer) mutation was maintained as a homozygote on the se (small ear) background resulting in an associated condition of a small thymus (sty). Subsequently the sg mutation was maintained in absence of se resulting in a accompanying loss of sty. The loss of sty with se suggests that sty resides on Chromosome 9 between sg and se.
