Notes
  • Reference
    Author used D17Leh119 for D17Leh119I.
  • Experiment
Partial t-haplotypes that carry the t-specific allele of Tcp-1 also carry t-alleles of D17Leh119I and D17Leh66A. Recombinant haplotype tae5 lost D17Leh66A and retained both D17Leh119I and Tcp-1. Haplotype t45 lost both D17Leh119I and D17Leh66A but retained Tcp-1. Taken together these data suggest an order of (Tcp-1) - (D17Leh119I) - (D17Leh66A) on the t chromosome. This order represents an inversion when compared to the wild type Chromosome 17.
