Notes
  • Reference
Authors use Lsh for locus symbol Nramp. Lsh is an allele of Nramp.
  • Experiment
    Overlapping genomic YAC clones D4F5 (240kb) and C32D10 (280kb) were used to physically map genes within the Nramp interval on Chromosome 1. The region of overlap is 170kb and approximately 400kb of DNA is covered. The gene order given was as follows: D10Mcg105 - 88kb - D1Mcg104 - 57kb - D1Mcg165 - 26kb - D1Mcg103 - 103kb - D1Mcg102 - 1kb - D1Mcg101 - Nramp - 50kb - Vil.
