  Linkage of gene Mb with Chromosome 15 genes Pvt1 and Pvalb was determined by analysis of DNA from a panel of (C57BL/6 x SEG)F1 x C57BL/6 backcross mice. The recombinantion distances between these loci are as follows: Pvt1 - 9.5 +/- 3.5 cM - Pvalb - 1.4 +/- 1.4 cM - Mb.
