• Experiment
  The group of albino Bp deletion mutants were used to map loci in the Tyr region of Chromosome 7. All of the Bp group mutants delete Tyr with the exception of c^3R145L. Further analysis of c^3R145L indicated that the 3' end of Tyr is oriented towards the centromere. The results of the deletion mapping indicate an order of D7Cwr18 - D7Rrt336B - Pmv31 - D7Rrt305 all within the Fah - Tyr interval. The D7Rn6 locus was mapped distal to Tyr and proximal to sh1 and was further localized to the distal breakpoint of deletion c^9FR60Hb.
