Notes
  • Experiment
Tpx1 was localized between Pgk2 and Mep1a by comparing alleles carried in various congenic strains. B6.K1 and B6.K2 share proximal Chromosome 17 alleles with C57BL/6, but differ from C57BL/6 at Crisp2, placing Crisp2 distal to H2-D. Allelic comparison ofB6.K2 and B6-Tlaa (Tla now H2-T18) place Crisp2 distal to H2-Q7, H2-Q8, H2-Q9; comparison of MA.R1 and B10.MR2 place Crisp2 distal to H2-T18; comparison of MA.R5 and B10.DR1 place Crisp2 distal to Pgk2. The proximal boundary for Crisp2 was established by allelic comparison of B10.TFR1 and C57BL/10, placing Crisp2 proximal to Upg1 and comparison of MA.R2, B10.D2 and MA/MyJ, placing Crisp2 proximal to Mep1a.
