  Eighteen Chinese hamster x mouse somatic cell hybrids were analyzed by Southern blot for the presence of Fkbp10. Chromosomal analysis of these 18 hybrids indicated that Chromosome 11 was the only mouse chromosome absent. For further conformation, rat x mouse microcell hybrids, which contain mouse Chromosome 11 only, were analyzed by Southern blot and fragments for mouse Fkbp10 were detected. These data indicate that Fkbp10 is located on mouse Chromosome 11.
