Notes

    Authors use Tla (now H2-T18).
  • Experiment
In the H2 congenic strains BALB.B and B10.D2, the corticosteroid side-chain isomerase activity (Csi) type was that of the donor strain (C57BL/10 and DBA/2, respectively). These data support the assignment of Csi to the H2 region of Chromosome 17. Backcross between these congenics and the parental strains demonstrated that high corticosteriod side-chain isomerase activity (Csi) segregated with H2d and low activity with H2b.
