  • Experiment
    Based on analysis of C3H/Tts6 mice it was observed that loci D17Au3I, D17Au3II and D17Au9 map centromeric to D17Leh66D. Probe Au3 identifies two loci mapping to the t-complex. Genes D17Au3I and D17Au3II are both contained within clone Au3. D17Au3I mapsbetween the THp and TOr breakpoints whereas D17Au3II maps distal to the THp breakpoint. D17Leh119I, D17Leh66 and D17Au3I all hybridize to the same 550kb NruI fragment, with D17Au3I mapping between D17Leh119 and D17Leh66.
