Notes
  • Reference
Authors use Bat4 and Bat6 which have been replaced by D17H6854E. In addition G7a is equal to D17H6S54E-2
  • Experiment
Six new DNA markers were mapped in a 100kb segment derived from within the C4 - H2-D interval. D17Nki1 and D17Nki2 are 225bp apart and map about 13kb proximal to Hspa1b. In the interval between Hspa1a and Hspa1l, 2 markers were found which are 314bp apart, D17Nki3 and D17Nki4. D17Nki5 and D17Nki6 are 1kb apart from each other and are located centromeric of the G5b. D17Mit13 was mapped to the Lsm2 - G5b interval using recombinat haplotypes from A.TH, B10.AKM, B10.P(27R), A.TBR15,Ccs-18 and A.TL mice.
