D2Mc1 PCR amplified length variant KpnR
Bpifa2 reported elsewhere
Notes
  • Experiment
The recombinant inbred strain BXD was used to map polymorphism detected using arbitrary primers for PCR. Comparisons of segregation patterns indicate that D2Mc1 is linked to Psp on Chromosome 2. The assignment is not certain however, because placement ofthis locus on either side of Psp requires double crossovers.
