Mpmv5 reported elsewhere
D10Mc2 PCR amplified length variant KpnR
Xmv31 reported elsewhere
Notes
  • Experiment
The recombinant inbred strain BXD was used to map polymorphism detected using arbitrary primers for PCR. Comparisons of segregation patterns indicate that D10Mc1 is linked to Mpmv5 on Chromosome 10 with 3 crossovers in 21 recombinant inbreds, and that D10Mc2 is linked to Xmv31 and an undesignated anonymous RFLP on Chromosome 10 with 4 crossovers and 1 crossover in 21 recombinant inbreds, respectively.
