  The recombinant inbred strain BXD was used to map polymorphism detected using arbitrary primers for PCR. Comparisons of segregation patterns indicate that D1WMc1 is linked to Igh-V on Chromosome 12 with 2 crossovers in 21 recombinant inbreds.
