  F1 progeny from reciprocal matings between C3H/HeJ and M. m. molossinus were analyzed for Ags enzyme activity. All female offspring had intermediate levels of enzyme activity relative to the parent strains. Male offsrping had enzyme activity identical tothe activity of the female parental stain. These data indicate that Ags is X-linked.
