    A genome wide scan in Sst1 resistant (C3H.B6 X C57BL/6J)F2 mice was performed for the purpose of discovering additional loci affecting susceptibility to tuberculosis in mice. Four mouse chromosome regions were identified. Provided here is the chromosome and marker followed by the range , LOD score and resistant allele in parenthesis: Chromosome 7 , Sst2 (D7Mit76 - D7Mit66, LOD = 4.8, C57BL/6J ), Chromosome 12: Sst3 (D12Mit76 - Tel, LOD = 6.6, C3H/HeJ), Chromosome 15 , Sst4 (D15Mit209 - Tel, LOD = 4.6, C57BL/6J ), Chromosome 17 , Sst5 (D17Mit133 - D17Mit87, LOD = 5.5, C57BL/6J ).
