• Experiment
  Analysis of F2 intercross mice and overlapping YAC clones indicate that the nude locus can be physically mapped to an approximate 1 Mb region of Chromosome 11, bounded centromeric by D11Bhm1 and telomeric by D11Bhm2. This 1 Mb region contains the D11Mit117 marker. The nude locus is also clearly centromeric to Evi2a.
