    The data for this was submitted to MGD under the accession number MGD-PMEX-3.
  • Experiment
    Physical mapping was used to indicate that the gene Rxrb was located telomeric to H2-K1, H2-K, H2-Ke6, H2-Ke4 and centromeric to H2-Ke5. Rxrb is very close to H2-Ke4. H2-Ke6 and H2-Ke4 were found to be transcribed in the same direction, whereas Rxrb is transcribed opposite from H2-Ke4. A physical map of the Chromosome 17 H2-K region was provided. H2-Ke6, H2-Ke4 and Rxrb are contained within approximately 26kb of phage DNA.
