    Using BXD RI Lines, the following loci were mapped to Chromosome 4: D4Cph23, D4Cph24, D4Cph25, D4Cph26, D4Cph27, D4Cph28, D4Cph29, D4Cph30, and D4Cph31. These loci were shown to map near Ly32 (D4Cph23), Mup1 and Orm1 (D4Cph24), Ifa (D4Cph25, D4Cph26), Mtv13 (D4Cph27), Ahd1 (D4Cph28), Fv1 (D4Cph29), and Xmmv23 (D4Cph30, D4Cph31).
