    Using BXD RI Lines, the following loci were mapped to Chromosome 12: D12Cph21, D12Cph22, D12Cph23, D12Cph24, D12Cph25, D12Cph26, D12Cph27, and D12Cph28. These loci were shown to map near Odc, Nmyc1 (D12Cph21, D12Cph22, D12Cph23), Ahr (D12Cph24), Aat (D12Cph25, D12Cph26), Igh-C, Crip, Igh-1 (D12Cph27).
