    Using BXD RI Lines, the following loci were mapped to Chromosome 15: D15Cph10, D15Cph11, D15Cph12, D15Cph13, D15Cph14, D15Cph15. D15Cph16, D15Cph8, and D15Cph9. These loci were shown to map near Sis (D15Cph8, D15Cph9, D15Cph10). D15Cph11, D15Cph12, D15Cph13, D15Cph14, D15Cph15, and D15Cph16 are syntenic on Chromosome 15.
