Ylr Southern analysis pM1
Notes
  • Experiment
Authors state backcross analysis showed Y-linked sequences existed. This existance was confirmed by using somatic cell hybrids probed with pM1. Authors more clearly identified the Y sequences by digesting male and female CBA/Ca DNA and observing the malespecific bands.
