Notes
  • Reference
Mapping data from this reference have been deposited with MGD under accession number MGD-CREX-198.
  • Experiment
    A locus for Epb4.9 was mapped to mouse Chromosome 14 by the haplotype analysis of 94 mice from The Jackson Laboratory BSS interspecific (C57BL/6J x M. spretus)F1 x M. spretus backcross. The order of markers typed in mapping Epb4.9 is as follows with the map distances between markers given as percent recombination + or - SE: D14Mit3 - 10.9 +/- 3.2 - D14Mit5 - 4.3 +/- 2.1 - Clu - 3.3 +/- 1.9 - Nefl - 5.6 +/- 2.4 - Epb4.9 - D14Bir12 - 15.0 +/- 3.7 - D14Mit42.
