Genes
GeneAlleleAssay TypeDescription
Hk1 electrophoretic
Pepb electrophoretic
Ppa1 electrophoretic
Notes
  • Reference
Revised gene symbols: Pyp (formerly Pp), Pep-2 (formerly Trip-1).
  • Experiment
Analysis of thirty Chinese hamster X mouse hybrid cell clones indicated that Hk1 and Ppa1 segregate concordantly with Pepb. Because Pepb has been mapped to Chromosome 10, it was determined that Hk1 and Ppa1 are also on Chromosome 10.
