Notes
  • Reference
Authors suggest that Col11a1 may be a candidate for the cho phenoytpe.
  • Experiment
A single recombinant in 105 (C57BL/6FrSe x MEV)F2 intercross and (C57BL/6FrSe x MEV)F1 x C57BL/6FrSe backcross progeny indicate that Col11a1 maps within 0.6 cM of Emv27 on Chromosome 3. Five additional microsatellite markers were typed in progeny from both crosses and the order of loci in this region is: D3Mit54, D3Mit6, D3Mit26, Tshb, Col11a1, Emv27 and D3Mit17.
