• Experiment
  A panel of 15 mouse x Chinese hamster somatic cell hybrids was analyzed by Southern blotting. At low stringency of hybridization two bands are detected, each one mapping to a different chromosome. The 2.0kb BamHI band corresponding to Cbfa3 showed 100% concordance with Chromsome 4.
