  Southern analysis of a cosmid clone confirmed that Rnu3b1 and Rnu3b2 are physically linked with 5.5kb (see J9495). However, a third locus, Rnu3b4, was also identified and oriented in the cosmid 12kb downstream of Rnu3b2. This indicates that Rnu3b1, Rnu3b2 and Rnu3b4 are similarly oriented and physically linked within 17kb.
