    Two Mus spretus/Mus domesticus bakcrosses were used to genetically map DXCrc131 to the X-inactivation center of the mouse X Chromosome. 13 recombinant backcross progeny showed DXCrc131 mapping to a region flanked proximally by DXCrc28 and distally by DXCrc169 and Ar.
