Notes
  • Experiment
Somatic cell hybrids that were derived from human RJ 2.2.5 with mouse spleen cells were used to indicate that the regulation for the expression of mouse MHC class II antigens in these cell lines was dependent on the presence of mouse Chromosome 16. The marker symbol on Chromosome 16 for this locus is Air1, activator of immune response gene Ir-1.
