  Linkage of Mdk-ps1 with Chromosome 11 loci was observed in haplotypes of backcross mice derived from (C57BL/6-Pas x SPE/Pas))F1 x C57BL/6J. The following loci were linked with Mdk-ps1, distance in cM between Mdk-ps1 and the linked marker is: Es3 - 1.43 cM - Myl4 - 0.00 cM - Gfap - 0.00 cM - Hox2 - 2.04 cM - D11Pas5. An anonymous marker p91A was indicated as mapping 1.47 cM from Mdk-ps1.
