  • Experiment
    Tc-mediated in vitro immunoselection was performed on cell lines Bx1 using H3a specific Tc cell line, C1. Cell line Bx1 is derived from bone marrow of a (C57BL/10Sn x 129/J))F1 male. The extent of loss of heterozygosity (LOH) in three groups of antigen-loss variants was used to order genes on mouse Chromosome 2. A gene order of D2Mit1 - D2Mit7 - D2Mit9 - D2Mit13 - D2Nds1 - D2Mit62 - H3a - B2m - D2Mit16a - D2Mit17 - D2Mit30 - D2Nds3 - D2Mit46 - H13 - D2Mit26 - D2Mit50 - D2Mit51 was suggested. Cell line variant 4G12 contains a deletion in band C2 to E5 and includes the D2Mit13 - D2Nds1 - D2Mit62 - Zfp106 loci.
