• Experiment
  Sets of overlapping cosmid clones were used to physically map H2-Ob, H2-Ab1, H2-Aa, H2-Eb1, H2-Eb2 and H2-Ea to an approximate 110kb area of mouse Chromosome 17. The distance between H2-Ab1 and H2-Aa was estimated as 10kb in the H2^b haplotype and 15kb in the H2^k and H2^d haplotype.
