Gapdh-ps13 molecular technique
Notes
  • Experiment
Microdissections and microclones of the distal half of mouse Chromosome 16 were used to isolate genomic clones. The genomic clones were then used to screen a fetal mouse cDNA library. The isolated cDNA clones were shown to share sequence homology with both the original genomic clones and mouse Gapdh-ps13.
