GeneAlleleAssay TypeDescription
Cetn2 Southern analysis Calt cDNA
Notes
  • Reference
Authors suggest that Calt is a good candidate for either the Bpa or Str mutations.
  • Experiment
Clones 8.0 and 8.1 are somatic cell hybrids containing a portion of the mouse X Chromosome as its only mouse chromosome. Clones 8.0 and 8.1 showed mouse bands when hybridized with human Calt cDNA suggesting that the mouse X Chromosome and Cetn2 cosegregated during the derivation of these human-mouse hybrids.
