    Using the EUCIB (C57BL/6J x SPR or SEG/Pas)F1 x C57BL/6J x SPR or SEG/Pas cross and/or a (B10 x NOD)F1 x B10 backcross the following Chromosome 3 genes were assigned to cytogenic bands B-C and ordered as follows: D3Nds32 - 1.4 cM - D3Nds31 - 5.0 cM - D3Nds30 - 0.5 cM - D3Nds38 - D3Nds33 - 2.2 cM - D3Nds39 - 1.8 cM - D3Nds29. The distance between loci is based on genotypes of mice from the EUCIB cross.
