  Using Southern blot hybridization and restriction analysis of the Igh-V family in rearranged cell lines, authors were able to detect and analyze deletions of family specific bands. These bands were then ordered from 5' to 3' as follows; Igh-VS107, Igh-VGAM3.8, Igh-VQ52 and Igh-V7183 on mouse Chromosome 12.
