  Various YAC clones hybridized with DNA sequence of D16Mit31 and Vpreb1 but not with Prkdc. Backcross analysis indicated D16Mit31 is proximal to Vpreb1 and that the later locus did not recombine with Prkdc, therefore Prkdc may be positioned distal to Vpreb1.
