Notes
  • Reference
Authors use D17Rp17, Cbl1 and Np1 for locus symbols D17Rp17e, Cbl-ps1 and Np respectively. Data in this reference has been deposited in MGD under accession numbers, MGD-CREX-275, 276, 277,278, 279 280, 281, 282 and 283. Due to a confusion in nomenclature, the Chromosome Committtee Reports place Int6 on mouse Chromosome 11. The symbol for this locus is actually Pad2 (see J21517). J27401 correctly maps Int6 to mouse Chromosome 15. Chromosome 17 Pim2 locus defined using a probe pMB20. Probe pMB20 is also associated with Chromosome 17 locus Tic1 as defined by Brewer, M.L. et al., (1989) EMBO J 8:743-747; MGD J9795.
  • Experiment
Authors use a Chinese hamster x mouse somatic cell hybridization to preliminarily assign Eif3s6-ps2 to mouse Chromosome 17 (data not shown).
