    After direct sequencing of two subclones, the translation initiation codons for genes Tcrg-V1.1 and Tcrg-V1.2 are 2988 bp apart and transcribed in the opposite orientation. Tcrg-V1-ps1 is located between Tcrg-V1.1 and Tcrg-V1.2.
