• Experiment
  The authors report the detection of an antisense-orientation transcript corresponding to the opposite strand encoding Hspa2. The novel transcript is larger (2.7 vs 2.8kb) and differs in its expression pattern. The authors also mention that nuclear run-off transcription assays and additional Nothern blots (V. Mezger and Morange, personal communication) provide further evidence the strand opposite from Hspa2 is the origin larger transcript.
