Notes
  • Reference
Authors suggest Wnt3a may be responsible for the vt mutation.
  • Experiment
    Progeny from a (VT vt/vt x CASA/Rk)F1 x VT vt/vt backcross were typed for makers on the proximal half of mouse Chromosome 11. The following gene order and genetic distances were obtained: D11Mit1 - 14.9 +/- 4.4 cM - Egfr - 18.6 +/- 2.3 cM - D11Mit22 3.6 +/- 1.0 cM - Csfgm - 1.2 +/- 0.8 cM - Sparc - 2.3 +/- 1.1 cM - vt, Wnt3a - 2.2 +/- 0.7 cM - D11Mit5.
