    SSCP analysis of pancreatic islets which represent different stages of tumor progression and have partial losses of Chromosome 9 allowed the breakpoints for Loh1 to be further refined between D9Mit35 and D9Mit12, giving the following order of loci on mouse Chromosome 9: D9Mit10 - D9Mit50 - D9Mit76 - D9Mit35 - Loh1 - D9Mit12 - D9Mit115.
