  The expression of T lymphomas as expressed in AKR mice was analyzed in AKXD RI lines. A more than 50% incidence of T lymphomas was observed in AKXD strains 21, 6, 26, 24, 12 and 22. At D7Mit71 most T lymphoma AKXD mice were also AKR derived suggesting a locus for Tlsm1 on Chromosome 7 near D7Mit71. Associated with thiS reference and reported in MGD (Mouse Genome Database) are the strain distributions of the Chromosome 7 markers analyzed.
