Notes
  • Experiment
YAC H864F2 was analyzed by pulse field gel electrophoresis after digestion with several rare-cutter restriction enzymes. This YAC is part of a previously defined 2.3 Mb YAC contig spanning the interval between Gabra3 and G6pdx on mouse Chromosome X. Specifically, YAC H864F2 contains both L1cam and Avpr2. Hybridization with gene specific probes Hcfc1 cDNA and Renbp cDNA indiacated that Renbp maps between Avpr2 and Hcfc1 on mouse Chromosome X.
