Notes
  • Reference
Authors use the symbols Foxb1b for Mf3, sg for Rora, and nmd for Smbp2.
  • Experiment
The localization of Foxb1b to mouse Chromosome 9 was determined by linkage analysis using more that 1500 interspecies F1 offspring of the European (EUCIB) backcross. Foxb1 maps at 34.5 cM in the vicinity of Rora and sty. This analysis mapped the following order of loci on mouse Chromosome 9: D9Nds8, Foxb1b, Rora, sty, D9Mit24.
