  A series of plasmid subclones from a P1 mouse clone illustrated that Prm1, Prm2, Pxg and Tnp2 are linked on approximately 10kb of genomic DNA on mouse Chromosome 16. In addition, the Pxg locus is identified approximately .4kb distal of Prm2.
