• Experiment
  PCR analysis of recombination break points in partial t haplotypes enabled the identification of a crossover event between Tcp10a and Tcp10b on mouse chromosome 17. The partial t haplotype used was t⁴⁹ which is derived by a recombination event between t^ws and t⁶. In addition, Tcp10a and Tcp10b are adjacent in the t haplotype chromosome.
