Genes
GeneAlleleAssay TypeDescription
Rag1 overlapping clones [l]RAG12G, [l]RAG11F, [l]RAG5G, RAG1M3P
Rag2 overlapping clones [l]RAG11F, [l]RAG5G, pRAG2S17
Notes
  • Experiment
Authors use a series of overlapping clones to physically map Rag2 ~11kb distal to Rag1 and found them to be in opposite orientation to each other. Rag1 and Rag2 have been previously mapped to mouse Chromosome 2.
